Benchmade has quietly updated their legendary 940 Osborne with a CPM-Cruwear blade option and a new standard deep-carry pocket clip, marking one of the most significant revisions to the design since its 2000 debut.

The 940 Osborne, originally designed by Warren Osborne, has been a mainstay of Benchmade's lineup for over two decades. Known for its distinctive reverse tanto blade and slim profile, the 940 has seen countless variations — aluminum, carbon fiber, G10, various steel upgrades — but the addition of CPM-Cruwear is a noteworthy shift.
